FAQs

Straight answers

The questions founders actually ask before they book. If yours isn't here, book a discovery call — we'll answer it directly.

01

Why only five clients a year?

Because we structure your business before we build it and tailor everything to your real context, not a template. Five clients means each one gets a system they can build on for a decade — not volume work. Volume is for agencies.

02

What does it cost?

Project-based. The website comes in three tiers; sprints and audits are fixed fees. The discovery call is free — we scope and quote after we understand the need, so you're never paying for a guess.

03

What do I actually get?

A website built on a documented strategy — positioning, structure, content, design, and build — that you own and can run yourself. Not a template. Not a brochure. A working piece of your business.

04

How long does a project take?

A website: 3–5 weeks. A strategy sprint: 2 weeks. You get the timeline before we start, not after.

05

Do you work remotely? Can you work with businesses in Africa or the diaspora?

Yes — remote-first, from a Geneva base, across Europe. African and diaspora-led businesses are a deliberate focus, not an afterthought.

06

Why a solo consultant instead of an agency?

You get one senior person who understands your business end to end. No handoffs, no junior staff doing the actual work, no agency overhead in the invoice.

07

Do I own the website when it's done?

Fully. Code, content, hosting, analytics, accounts — everything is in your name and handed over with documentation. You're not locked into us, and you're not paying rent on your own business.

08

What happens after the discovery call?

We play back what we heard to make sure we're aligned, then send a proposal with scope, timeline, and a clear next step. No pressure, no deck.
